Job summary

Journey on Tybee Island seeks a qualified CNA/SRNA/GNA to join our resident care team and provide compassionate support with daily living activities, monitoring, and companionship.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) and provide emotional support.
• Monitor vital signs, document patient information, and report changes to the nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
