Job summary

Journey on Tybee Island is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our care team at the local center. You will provide essential patient care including assistance with daily living activities and emotional support.

Qualified candidates must be certified in the state and complete at least 12 hours of ongoing education to maintain certification. Join our dedicated team delivering quality care to residents.

Qualifications

• Certified in the state as a CNA/SRNA/GNA.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility) with emotional support.
• Monitor vital signs, document patient information, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality care.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Health Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vital signs, document patient information accurately, and report changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Environment and Team Collaboration: Follow infection control protocols, maintain a clean and safe environment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
