St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care in the Bronx, NY is actively seeking a Weekend Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role involves assisting residents, observing health issues, personal care, meal setup, feeding, and maintaining the residents' space.

Shifts include Day at $24.30 and Evening/Night at $26.73 with a 10% differential. Requirements include teamwork, completion of a NY CNA program, current NYS Certification, and good standing with the

Responsabilidades

• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising nurse.
• Assist with personal hygiene including bed baths and shaving.
• Set up meals, document food and fluid intake, and feed residents.
• Make beds and maintain residents' spaces clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Turn bedridden residents to prevent bedsores.
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident data.

St. Patrick's Home Rehabilitation and Health Care is actively seeking Weekend Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY.

Day shift: $24.30 Evening/Night shift: $26.73 (10% differential)

Duties:

• Available for a full-time position.

• Observing Residents

• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse

• Taking care of a Resident’s personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving etc.

• Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake

• Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements

• Making beds & keeping the Residents’ space clean and tidy

• Transporting Residents within the Facility

• Turning bedridden residents to prevent bedsores

• Maintaining Confidentiality of all Resident & Facility data

Requirements:

• Must be able to work as a team member

• Successful completion of a CNA program

• Current NY State Certification

• Must be in good standing with State Registry
