Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and clinical support across care settings in Mission Viejo, CA. New graduates welcome. Work is on a part-time / per-diem basis, with a W2 employment type.

CNAs will use the CareLinx app to manage availability, schedules, timesheets, and documentation, supported by a dedicated Care Advisor team.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 months of nursing assistance experience.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning.
• Administer or assist with physician-ordered medications under RN supervision.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and safety at all times.
• Document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Coordinate with Care Advisor on case updates or changes in patient condition.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

• Assistpatients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning
• Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your Care Advisorregardingany case updates or changes in patient condition
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs):

• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

• Active CNA certification or license
• Active CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 2 months of nursingassistanceexperience
