Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Salary: $20.50 - $24.50/hour based on experience | Sign-on Bonus included

Position Type: Full-time, non-exempt, 32 hours/week

Shifts available: PM Shift (3PM to 11:15PM) | NOC Shift (11PM to 7:15AM)

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily activities, ensure a safe environment, and provide physical, emotional, and social support. You will collaborate with a team of CNAs, RNs, LPNs, Dietary Aides, and Activities staff, reporting to Nurse Managers and the Director of Nursing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent care, maintaining residents' comfort, privacy, and dignity.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and exercise.
• Follow resident care plans and support as outlined.
• Reposition bedridden patients as needed.
• Respond promptly to call lights.
• Complete tasks assigned by the nurse.
• Relocate to different care units as needed.
• Monitor and record food and liquid intake, output, and vital signs.
• Report changes in condition, wounds, bruises, or symptoms.
• Stay current with CNA training and facility policies.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant CNA experience, preferably in Long-Term Care.
• Active CNA registration in Wisconsin.
• CBRF certifications preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive, caring, and professional attitude.
