Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0.6 FTE Night Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $2,100

Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. We are committed to teamwork and providing great care, and we welcome you to become a part of our compassionate caregiving team. We offer rewarding opportunities to provide care and service in a peaceful, tidy, and well-supplied residential setting that is home to a sister community we serve.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
  • Support the health of Community Care program members
  • Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ensure care and service delivery conform with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards established by Community Care
Job Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living, or long-term care environment, including experience working with individuals with dementia.
Schedule:
  • Monday - Sunday, Night Shift, 10:45 p.m. to 6:45 a.m. (24 hours per week)
  • Every other weekend
  • Every other holiday
