Community Care - Sacred Heart, Milwaukee, WI

Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for the Day Shift. We offer a sign-on bonus of $2,800. Join our compassionate team dedicated to providing excellent care in a peaceful, well-equipped residential setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services to clients
  • Support the health and well-being of program members
  • Coordinate care during scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
  • Ensure care delivery complies with regulations, policies, and standards
Job Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Six months of experience in personal care for elderly or disabled adults in similar settings, including experience with dementia care
Schedule:
  • Monday to Sunday, Day Shift, 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (32 hours/week)
  • Alternating weekends and holidays
