Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Part-Time, 0.7 FTE Day Shift, Milwaukee, WI: Sign-On Bonus Available, $2,450

Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Day Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities:

• Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
• Support the health of Community Care program members
• Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
• Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards established by Community Care

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living, or long-term care environment; experience working with individuals with dementia is preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Schedule:

• Monday - Sunday, Day Shift 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. (28 hours per week)
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
