Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join Milton Freewater Health and Rehabilitation Center in Milton Freewater, OR. The role offers PRN or full-time availability with evenings and nights earning a $0.50 NOC shift differential, and a competitive rate up to $28/hour.

The CNA will perform a range of resident care duties, follow the established care plan, and help maintain high standards of long-term care.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in Oregon.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents needing help.
• Transports residents using wheelchair/cart or assists with walking.
• Turns and re-positions residents as needed.
• Takes and records vital signs, intake/output, and weight as directed.
• Completes documentation.

Job Summary

Milton Freewater Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Essential Functions:

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation

Qualifications:

• Required: Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
• Required: High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting
