Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Answers signal lights.
• Assists with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities.
• Serves and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance.
• Takes and records vital signs, intake/output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation.

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift (6:00 AM-2:00 PM)
  • FT: Thursday-Monday or Friday-Monday
  • PT: Friday-Saturday
• Evening Shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM)
  • FT: Thursday-Monday or Sunday-Wednesday
  • PT: Friday-Saturday
• Night Shift (10:00 PM-6:00 AM)
  • FT: Friday-Tuesday or Tuesday-Saturday

Shift Differential of $0.75/hour for Evening Shift (2p-10p) and $1.50/hour for NOC shift (10p-6a)!

Job Summary

Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking forCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Essential Functions:

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation

Qualifications:

• Required:Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
• Required:High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting
