Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group in Hot Springs, MT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate resident care at Hot Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center. The CNA will perform a range of duties in accordance with care plans and long-term care standards.

Essential tasks include assisting with ADLs, feeding residents, moving residents, taking vital signs, and completing documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities.
• Serve and feed residents requiring help.
• Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart or assist walking.
• Turn and reposition residents, alone or with assistance.
• Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and weight as directed.
• Complete documentation.

Job Summary

Hot Springs Health and Rehabilitation Centeris looking forCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA)to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Essential Functions:

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation

Qualifications:

• Required:Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
• Required:High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work well in a team setting
