Job summary

Evergreen Healthcare Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness in Cheyenne, WY. The role includes assisting residents with ADLs, taking vital signs, feeding residents, and assisting with mobility and transfers.

Shifts offer evening, night, and weekend differentials; candidates must be state-certified and available weekends/holidays, with a strong team focus and commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required in the state of employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, toiletry and ADLs.
• Help with feeding and meal service as needed.
• Transport residents and assist with mobility.
• Turn, re-position, and monitor residents for safety.
• Record vital signs, intake/output and weight as directed.
• Complete and maintain documentation accurately.

Job Summary

Granite Rehabilitation and Wellness is looking for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Essential Functions:

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation

Qualifications:

• Required: Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of Employment
• Required: High school graduate or equivalent
• Required: Must be able to work weekends and holidays as necessary
• Ability to work well in a team setting
