Job summary

Willow Branch Health and Rehabilitation in McMinnville, TN seeks compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide resident care, including bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility, with strong teamwork and communication.

We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, quarterly raises up to 5.5%, bucket list rewards, tuition reimbursement, 401K, shift differentials, DailyPay, uniforms, and PTO with accruals.

Qualifications

• CNA certification and current state CNA license.
• At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred in long-term care.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' needs including bathing, feeding, dressing and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs, assist with mobility and transfers.
• Report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
• Assist nurses with duties as directed.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) are responsible for the following:

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.

• Responsible for taking and recording patient vital signs lifting, moving and transporting residents, using proper body mechanics.

• Recognizing and reporting changes in resident conditions to a nurse management. Asking appropriate questions to clarify situations.

• Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.

• Reporting abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff.

• Demonstrating the ability to assist the nurse with various duties as directed.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a long-term care setting is highly preferred.

• Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

• Knowledge of MatrixCare preferred.
