Job summary

Willow Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, hands-on care for residents across day, evening, and night shifts. Earn a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires and enjoy a pay range of $20.50–$26/hr with additional differential and daily pay options.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting changes to licensed staff, and maintaining a safe, dignified environment. CNA licensed applicants with BLS/CPR are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

• Provide basic resident care under licensed staff supervision.

• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
