Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities are available with daily pay options.

CNAs assist with activities of daily living, observe residents, and support the care team in delivering safe, dignified care around shifts from 7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, and 11 PM–7 AM.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment promoting dignity and comfort.
• Support nursing team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

$3 PIB (Full-time Employees only)

$2 Shift Diff for 3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM- 7 AM

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus FT Only

$21.00-$23.00 an hour (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
