Job summary

Allendale Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a CNA for a full-time evening shift (3pm - 11pm) to provide compassionate, hands-on care in a supportive, team-oriented setting. Daily pay is available along with competitive compensation and a range of benefits.

Requirements include a current NJ CNA license and valid BLS/CPR certification. CNAs will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and help maintain safety and comfort while upholding our core values of Passion,

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
