Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, part-time, and Per-Diem roles. Daily Pay is available, with shifts 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for FT staff, plus $3 PIB and $2 shift differentials for certain shifts.

Pay ranges $21.00-$23.00 per hour, all-inclusive. We value compassion, respect, and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CNA license in New Jersey.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and support a resident-centered care approach.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
