Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our 171-bed facility in New Jersey. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles with daily pay options and a sign-on bonus for FT staff.

Shifts include 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM. CNAs must hold an active NJ CNA license and demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and excellent communication while delivering patient-centered care and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

$21.00-$23.00 an hour (all inclusive)
