Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team. We offer full-time, part-time, and Per-Diem opportunities with two daily pay options and a variety of shifts: 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, and 11 PM-7 AM.

FT employees may receive a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with a $2 shift differential for 3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM-7 AM. Responsibilities include resident assistance, daily living activities, and reporting changes to nurses

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment promoting dignity and well-being.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Join our team at Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).

Full-time, part-time, and Per-Diem opportunities available.

Daily Pay available! 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM-11 PM, 11 PM-7 AM.

Weekend Baylor Available.

$3 PIB (Full-time Employees only)

$2 Shift Diff for 3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM-7 AM

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus FT Only

Rate Range: $25.50-$28.00 an hour (all-inclusive Based on years of experience, status, if PIB and shift diff is applicable)

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nurse staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
