Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our caring nursing team. CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, monitor changes, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.

We welcome new CNAs and temporary NAs. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available with competitive hourly pay from $21.00 to $24.00, sign-on bonus up to $4000, and benefits including a 401(k), health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey CNA license required.
• Strong compassion and commitment to caring for the elderly.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, rooming, and toileting.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care.

Atlantic Coast Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a 160-bed long-term care and sub-acute nursing facility. We are actively seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and supportive nursing team.

In this role, CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, showers, oral hygiene, skin care, hair care, and nail care, while ensuring dignity, comfort, and respect at all times.

New CNA’s and temp NA’s are welcome

Currently hiring for FT, PT, and Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, rooming, and toileting
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $21.00 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills
• Sign-on bonus upto $4000
