Job summary

Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with 7 AM–3 PM and 3 PM–11 PM shifts, in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting.

Competitive pay: $19.50–$26/hour based on experience, PIB eligibility, and shift differentials; $1,500 sign-on for FT after 90 days for 3 PM–11 PM. Same-day pay is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality care.
• Strong communication and following directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and linens.
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment upholding dignity.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
