Job summary

The Jewish Home for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Freehold, NJ, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions in a 150-bed sub-acute and long-term care setting. We are committed to comfort, dignity, and meaningful care for residents.

Join a compassionate team delivering hands-on care with opportunities for growth. Positions offer shift options, a $2,000 sign-on bonus for new FT hires on 7 AM–3 PM, daily pay, and competitive hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (New FT Hires – 7 AM–3 PM!)
Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM | 11 PM–7 AM
PRN: Any 8-hour shift (1 Weekend/Month)
$20–$25/hr (+$2/hr if Benefits Waived - FT)
+$1.50 Evening / +$2 Night Differential
