Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time role. Shifts are 7-3 or 3-11, with daily pay and a shift differential up to $2 per hour.

You will provide basic resident care under supervision, assist with ADLs, observe and report changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment. Must hold an active MA CNA license and BLS/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet residents' physical and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well‑being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high‑quality, resident‑centered care.
