Briarwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Needham, MA. This PRN position offers daily pay and competitive shift differentials to support a flexible work schedule and reliable income.

The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, observe changes, and work closely with licensed nursing staff to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a 120-bed sub-acute and long-term facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in MA.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
