Job summary

Riverview Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time or part-time roles. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am, with daily pay and all-inclusive pay of $20–$25/hour.

The CNA will support licensed staff, assist with activities of daily living, and promote resident comfort and safety. Qualified candidates hold a current CNA license and BLS/CPR certification, can work in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate compassion, patience, and

• Provide basic resident care under supervision in a safe, compassionate manner.

• Observe changes in condition and report to nursing staff promptly.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of employment.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
