Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. This full-time role offers day and evening shifts (7-3 and 3-11) with daily pay and a shift differential up to $2, all-inclusive hourly wages between $19 and $22.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, report changes to licensed staff, maintain a safe, respectful environment, and support the care team in delivering

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active MA CNA license.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under licensed staff supervision.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, dressing, mobility, linens).
• Provide supportive care to meet physical, emotional, and daily living needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.

• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.

• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.

• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Massachusetts.

• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.

• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
