Job summary

Valley View Manor, a Residential Health Care Facility in Minnesota, seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to join our interdisciplinary team and provide direct patient care. The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines

• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure

• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota

• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form

• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy

• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
