Job summary

Valley View Manor is seeking Licensed Practical Nurse candidates to join our caring team in Minnesota. The LPN will provide direct patient care and supervise CNAs in accordance with state and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, and general nursing tasks. Collaboration with RNs and the interdisciplinary team will address care plans and quality outcomes. We offer growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as an LPN.
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
• Ability to negotiate and interact with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.

The Licensed Practical Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs
• Medication administration
• Wound and treatment care
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for RN Nurse review

Qualifications & Skills Of Licensed Practical Nurse
