Southview Acres Health Care Center in Minnesota is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide direct patient care and assist with daily living activities. Full-time and part-time shifts, AM and PM, with a supportive team and adherence to state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines.
• Provide general nursing care per facility policy and procedure.
• Address problems identified in the patient care plan.

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
