This full-time role supports residents with daily living activities, delivers compassionate care, and helps maintain a safe, dignified environment.

You will work closely with nurses to provide personalized support and document changes in residents' condition.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal support.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being, promptly addressing changes in condition.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
• Keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean and hygienic to promote a healthy environment.
• Record and report changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and daily activities to ensure effective communication with the care team.
• Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, individualized care.
• Engage residents in activities that support their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Salary: Up to $19.50 per hour (based on experience) + Shift Differentials
