Salary: Up to $19 per hour (depending on experience) + Shift Differentials

Foster Connections: Build strong relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a sense of belonging.
Maintain Cleanliness: Keep residents’ rooms and common areas clean, organized, and hygienic to support a healthy and comfortable living environment.
Accurate Documentation: Record and report any changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and activities, ensuring seamless communication with the care team.
Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide personalized, holistic care.
Enhance Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being, customized to their unique needs.
