• Accurate Documentation: Record and report any changes in residents’ conditions, care plans, and activities, ensuring seamless communication with the care team.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to provide personalized, holistic care.
• Enhance Quality of Life: Engage residents in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being, customized to their unique needs.
