Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Lake Wales, FL is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our care team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living and support care plans with diligent, respectful service.

CNA Position Summary

As a CNA at Lake Wales Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Provide supportive services and performs duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

CNA Requirements

• An active CNA Certification for the state of Florida
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
