Job summary

Lake Wales Wellness & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team in Lake Wales, FL. You will assist residents with daily living activities, coordinate dining services, and report changes to the nurse supervisor while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services and perform duties as assigned by clinical leadership.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance to care plans.
• Assist with patient care tasks and coordinate dining services including meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the nurse supervisor and keep them informed of factors that interfere with being able to perform work as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.
