Job summary

Valencia Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Lakeland, FL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents on a full- or part-time basis. You will provide personal care, assist with activities of daily living, and support nurses with admissions, transfers, and treatments.

We offer benefits and a resident-focused team culture. This role requires a Florida CNA license and AHCA background screening; English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening required.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents in the facility.
• Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
• FL License Required
