Job summary

Journey is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living activities, vital signs monitoring, and companionship in a safe, respectful environment.

Shifts are 12-hour options from 7 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7 AM. Certification in state as CNA is required; continuing education is encouraged to maintain licensure and quality care.

Qualifications

• Certified in the state as CNA/SRNA/GNA.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor vital signs, document patient information, and report changes to nursing staff.
• Follow infection control protocols and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.
