Job summary

Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center in Knoxville, Tennessee is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical staff.

This full-time (or PRN) role offers a $10,000 bonus for full-time recruits, weekend and holiday coverage as needed, and a range of benefits designed to help you thrive while delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Tennessee.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident condition including vital signs and changes.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Work with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff.
• Support residents with daily care needs when needed.
• Participate in care planning and family meetings.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Help train and support new nursing staff.

Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) to join our growing team in Knoxville, Tennessee. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.

$10,000 BONUS for Full Time!!!

RN Requirements

• -Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• -Strong clinical and assessment skills

• -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
