Job summary

Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support clients across Michigan. Virtual interviews are offered as a safety measure. CNAs will work with our contracted facilities and in clients' homes, with schedules based on availability.

Requirements include being at least 18, high school diploma or GED, active Michigan CNA, valid driver's license and insurance, and strong attendance with compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED certification.
• Active Michigan CNA certification in good standing.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Willing to work every other weekend.
• Excellent attendance and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Light housekeeping, laundry, shopping for groceries, meals and errands.
• Engage clients through conversation and activities.
• Work shifts with contracted facility partners.
• Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to all policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will be doing as a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals/snacks and running errands.
• Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.
• Work facility staffing shifts with our contracted facility partners
• Follow all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Abide by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Some of our requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of high school or GED certification
• Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification must be active and in good standing
• Valid Driver’s License, and current Auto Insurance
• Must be willing and able to work every other weekend
