Job summary

Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Michigan. You will help clients stay independent at home by assisting with daily activities, light housekeeping, meals, and transportation where needed.

We offer daily pay for select positions, flexible scheduling based on availability, and options for full-time or part-time hours along with weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. Training is provided to support ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan with active license.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred).
• Willing and able to work occasional weekends.
• Excellent attendance is required.
• Exceptional patient service and a caring personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping, transportation, shopping and meal preparation as needed.
• Engage clients in activities and companionship to promote quality of life.

What you will be doing as a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals / snacks and running errands.
• Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.

Some of our requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification must be active and in good standing
• Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance (preferred)
• Must be willing and able to work occasional weekends
• GREAT ATTENDANCE is required. Our clients depend on us for their quality of life!
