Job summary

Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to support Michigan clients in the comfort of their homes. CNAs provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands while engaging clients to promote well-being.

Qualified candidates hold an active Michigan CNA certificate, have a valid driver’s license (preferred), and can commit to regular shifts including some weekends. Arcadia offers daily pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Willing and able to work occasional weekends
• Excellent attendance required
• Compassionate and caring demeanor

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) to enable them to stay at home
• Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping and errands as needed
• Engage clients with conversation and activities to promote well-being

What you will be doing as a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals / snacks and running errands.
• Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.

Some of our requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification must be active and in good standing
• Valid Driver's License, and Auto Insurance (preferred)
• Must be willing and able to work occasional weekends
• GREAT ATTENDANCE is required. Our clients depend on us for their quality of life!
• Exceptional patient service skills along with a caring and compassionate personality
