Job summary

Arcadia HomeCare and Staffing seeks Certified Nursing Assistants to support clients across Michigan, with virtual interviews offered for safety. The team is urgently hiring CNAs in Jackson, Ann Arbor, Willis, and many more locations.

Join a dedicated home-care network providing compassionate care, flexible scheduling, and dependable, patient-focused service to clients at home and in facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of high school or GED certification.
• Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification must be active and in good standing.
• Valid Driver’s License and current Auto Insurance.
• Willing and able to work every other weekend.
• Excellent attendance is required; dependability for clients.
• Exceptional patient service skills with a caring and compassionate personality.

Responsibilities

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry, shopping for food and other essentials, meal preparation and errands.
• Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other activities.
• Work facility staffing shifts with contracted facility partners.
• Follow Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and requirements.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you will be doing as a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals/snacks and running errands.
• Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.
