Arcadia Homecare and Staffing, part of the Addus Homecare family, is a national home care provider with 40+ years of experience. Arcadia has immediate need for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) throughout Michigan. Virtual interviews are available for safety.

We are urgently hiring CNAs in multiple Michigan cities; Battle Creek, Coldwater, Sturgis, Hastings, Kalamazoo, Three Rivers and more. Full-time or part-time schedules, mileage reimbursement, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification active and in good standing.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance preferred.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends, great attendance is required.
• Exceptional patient service skills and a compassionate personality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming to enable staying at home.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and errands as needed.
• Engage clients with conversation and activities to support wellbeing.

What you will be doing as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Enable clients to stay in their homes by providing support and personal care assistance such as, bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming.
• Support clients by providing light housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals / snacks and running errands.
• Keep clients engaged through conversation, games and other forms of entertainment.

Some of our requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Michigan, certification must be active and in good standing
• Valid Driver’s License, and Auto Insurance (preferred)
