Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene).
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, input/output as directed.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members compassionately.
• Participate in care planning and implementation under licensed staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene

5. Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic
