Holston Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Kingsport, TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our supportive team. Immediate hiring with competitive pay and benefits.

You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, document vital signs, and work with licensed nurses to maintain safety and dignity.

Qualifikationen

• Active Tennessee CNA certification
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic

Aufgaben

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene
• Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members
• Participate in care planning and implementation under the direction of licensed nursing staff
