Job summary

Cullman Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Cullman, Alabama is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our supportive nursing team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents including bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing team.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Participate in care planning and implementation under licensed nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Compassionate and dependable with a strong work ethic
