Job summary

Laurel Health and Rehabilitation Center, part of Evergreen Healthcare Group, is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Laurel, Montana. You will provide direct resident care, support activities of daily living, and help promote comfort, dignity, and independence for seniors.

Qualifications

• Current Montana CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to resident care

Responsibilities

• Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to needs
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Serve meals, collect trays, and assist residents with feeding as needed
• Transport residents safely using wheelchairs and other mobility equipment
• Assist residents with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Turn and reposition residents to promote comfort and prevent skin breakdown
• Measure and record vital signs, weights, intake and output, and other resident information
• Accurately complete resident charting and documentation
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Preferred:
