MediLodge Hillman is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide essential daily living support under supervision. You will assist with grooming, feeding, mobility, and vital signs, enabling residents to maintain dignity and comfort in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, and incontinence care.
• Assist with feeding and mealtime support.
• Assist with range of motion exercises and mobility.
• Turn and position residents in bed and assist with transfers.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) under supervision, provides basic nursing assistance and assists residents with daily living activities.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Licenses/Certification

• Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.

Experience

• Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Job Functions

• Answers signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtains food trays and assists residents with feeding.li>
• Assists residents with range of motion exercises, and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assists resident with turning and positioning in bed.,
• Assists resident with ambulation for short distance in facility.
• Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
