MediLodge of Capital Area is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a team dedicated to patient‑centered care in a leading wage environment. The role supports residents with daily living activities under supervision, with competitive starting wages and flexible pay options.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Licenses/Certification: Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience: Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer signal lights and bells to determine resident needs.
• Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
• Obtain food trays and assist residents with feeding.
• Assist residents with range of motion exercises and movement to wheelchair or activity areas.
• Assist resident with turning and positioning in bed.
• Assist resident with ambulation for short distances in facility.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and intake/output as directed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Compensation

• Starting Wages at $21.90–$30.04 per hour.
• Wage Calculation is based on experience, shift, a $3.40/hr Michigan Direct Care Incentive, and a $3/hr weekend warrior program.
