Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners in Harlem, GA seeks a dedicated CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care for clients transitioning from DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will support daily living activities, offer companionship, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and document changes in EMR per care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active GA CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
• Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.

Shifts

Full-Time Day shifts with alternating weekends

Key Responsibilities
