Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide in-home, one-on-one care for patients connected to DOE or Nuclear Energy programs. You will perform ADLs, offer companionship, assist with meals and mobility, and document care using EMR standards in a home setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification (CNA) required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting required.
• Home health/long-term care/hospice experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
• Support meal preparation, nutrition planning, and light housekeeping.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to supervisors.

Compensation:

$17.50 - $24.50

• PTO (Full-Time and Part-Time employees only)
